ZumbaSistas - Boom Boom Pow

The Zumba Sisters were another group of videos that I found that I LOVED. Almost all of their's I ended up bookmarking though I didn't put all of them on my video. But they have great dances, great energy to good music... and most of their video quality is pretty good. Look them up.

Boom Boom Pow also happens to be a favorite. I love the Black Eyed Peas like I love Sean Paul. I actually got into them because of Adams friend Ryan Miller. I had asked Miller for some good work out music when I was getting into running a year or two back and he made Adam and I a mix. I think a good quarter of the songs were Black Eyed Peas and he was right- they are GREAT to move too. They are always on my workout music list.

And I just feel that this dance so PERFECTLY fits the music- watch it and you will see what I mean :)

Dancin Man

This is how Logan stands and walks. It always reminds me of that song, "He can dance if he wants to, he can leave his friends behind, and if they don't then their no friends of mine." :)

Eating Up!

Yes, I will admit. We let Logan start on solid foods a month early despite what the doctors said. He had every other sign that he was ready to start and guess what? He took to it LIKE A PRO. Not even a problem eating off of the spoon. And was a lot less messy than I thought.

He LOVES Squash. Is okay with Carrots. HATES green beans. Also HATES rice cereal. But overall- loves all of the solid food. A lot. And I love how it helps nap time. Yay!

Family's Visit

This past week was busy and SUPER fun! Adam's sister Amber and her family came to see us. We went out to eat (my favorite :) swam LOTS, went to the movies to see Kung Fu Panda 2 (Logan was fascinated in it, and I thought it was way cute, and even went to Chuck E Cheese. And at 25 I STILL think Chuck E Cheese is fun.

At the end of the weekend Adam's other sister Amy came down to go through the temple. We had a lot of fun getting to see her, no matter how quick the visit was.

Enjoy the pictures! From the trip, with a few cute ones of Logan just thrown in for fun :)

In other news, we have our loans, we have our apartment, Adam has his classes, and on the 25th of this month we will be on our way to West Virginia! We are so excited to get this chapter of our lives started! Nothing daunting about it at all.

Adam and I think that a lot of the things our son does is hilarious. If you din't think its near as funny don't worry. But this is a picture of him sucking on his hands which now that he has discovered them- he does. A LOT. Again- I betcha thumb sucking is soon to be in our future.

Jason Derulo - Whatcha Say - (Cool Down)

I feel like I may have neglected you a little, and showed you some fun work-outs, and some fun warm-ups, and NO cool downs:)

As a general rule, I have a hard time finding warmups and cooldowns that I love because... well... when I am doing Zumba or any workout I want to really WORK and SWEAT. I know warming up and cooling down are important, but when I am looking for videos I am just not in the mind set for something easy and slow you know what I mean?

Anyways, here is one that I did find that I do like. (Probably because it is from the same GRDanceFitness company that I love haha!) And PS- if you are looking for warmups and cooldowns, search specifically for "zumba warmup" or "zumba cooldown" when you are looking on YouTube. Otherwise they are so hard to find!

Pool Time!

Adams parents have a pool in their backyard and we utilize it as much as we can when it's not storming outside. And Logan LOVES it. Yay to pool time!

What Logan Loves

Don't ask me why this makes him smile so much- but it is a guaranteed smile winner. Even if he has just been super fussy. Adam discovered it. It is our version of "running man" :)
